At Matteau, we strive for a seamless shopping experience and offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items that remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hygiene seals are securely in place.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
